Excalibur's personality seems to be a copy or entirely based on Arthur's personality. Since he was raised/created by him, and that's the reason why Arthur was the only one who could endure his obnoxiousness, and be his only true partner throughout history.

Death the Kid was made in Shira Kusakabe's image, I mean look at what Death said at the end of Fire Force and their designs, they look alike.

Magic is one of the many changes that Shinra made at the end of Fire Force.

Full-on speculation:

The 7 Adola bursts that Death took from the pillars were distributed among himself and his generals, Asura took the missing one that had all the despair of mankind stored inside, and that's how he got corrupted

By releasing the despair of mankind Haumea created the Kishin or a proto-Kishin with her Adola Burst.

Death didn't inherit all of Shinra's powers at the end of Fire Force, he probably distributed it among the other beings we know as the great old ones.

Black star is related to Rekka Hoshimiya, his descendant maybe?? I mean guys that's the only logical explanation for the star-shaped eyes and obnoxious personalities that both of them have.

Other descendants? Who's Shinra's kid? What about Shou?
