On this Wikia, they're certain users with rights beyond that of normal users. This page provides an explanation on their abilities and outline procedures in their election.
Administrators
Administrators are the users who manage and direct wikia operations. Their tasks include the deletion of pages, approval of chat moderators and rollbacks, and the general management of the wikia. Only administrators have the power to delete pages, rename image files, and ban users. Administrators also hold all the rights given to chat moderators and rollbacks.
Bureaucrat
Bureacurats hold the same powers as an Administrator and generally conduct themselves like Administrators. But only they have the power to appoint a user into an Administrator
