This page is considered an official policy on the Soul Eater FANDOM. It has wide acceptance among editors and is considered a standard that everyone should follow. Except for minor edits, please make use of the discussion page to propose changes to this policy.

This article will discuss the policy regarding voting discussion on the wiki.

How to Vote


Those who've been on the wikia as a registered user for at least two months, and have attained 100 contributions are eligible to participate in community voting.

Starting a Session

If a discussion is to be made in which will require a vote to complete, it is advisable to use the {{Discussion Open}} template along with your reason. Once the Session is done, please use the {{Discussion Closed}} template


The duration of a voting session can last up to a day minimum. Voting sessions on more important matters, however, may take more then one day. But this is a case-to-case basis.

Important Notes

  • No one's vote counts more then the other. Administrators, Bureaucrats, and a Founder votes count just as much as a Registered User's votes.
  • Administrators should not remove a vote without contacting the user first before removing the vote.
  • All votes must be signed. A user will be given until the end of voting deadline to sign their vote, otherwise it will be deleted. (You can sign your vote by adding 4 tildes to the end of it ~~~~ )
  • A user may change his/her vote or stated reasons at any time until the end of voting deadline, so long as they do not post multiple votes.
  • Users may not change the content of other users' comments without their permission. It is what they wrote, and it is up to them to resolve any mistakes or errors made.
  • IPs are not allowed to vote.
  • One a discussion is done, DO NOT EDIT.
  • Once a verdict is made, it is to be FOLLOWED
